Duties·         Responsible for reporting ESC staff, student, and preschool data to ODE through EMIS 
·         Monitor EMIS requirements and serve as liaison with the ITC for ESC EMIS reporting purposes 
·         Responsible for case management of County IEPs and December Child Count Reports 
·         Monitor timelines and EMIS reporting for newly referred Special Education students
·         Monitor timelines and EMIS reporting for Evaluation Team Report (ETR) three-year reevaluations
·         Initiate 3-year ETR reevaluation process by mailing packets to parents to obtain consent
·         Assist local districts in monitoring Special Education enrollment & data to ensure accuracy and compliance with state guidelines for funding and accountability
·         Assist Preschool Supervisors in tracking IEP & ETR documents and prepare forms for local districts’ EMIS reporting
·         Track school-age students attending ESC Special Education classes and provide contracting districts with data needed for EMIS reporting, such as course listings, attendance, etc. 
·         Maintain lists and provide support to Special Education Supervisors, Intervention Specialists, and Related Service Providers
·         Maintain and provide documentation to ESC Treasurer for Special Education billing purposes
·         Various other duties
