The Putnam County Family & Children First Council (FCFC), partnered with the Putnam County ESC, is a collaborative partnership of families, community members, and local government dedicated to fostering the well-being of children and strengthening families. Operating under the broader Ohio FCFC framework, it coordinates vital services—including parenting education and targeted workshops—to support families from birth through age 18.
A cornerstone of its mission is the Wraparound program, designed to help families juggling multiple complex needs. Through this child- and family-centered planning process, a facilitator guides a team of natural supports and professionals to craft a personalized, strengths-based care plan. This ensures that services are aligned, coordinated, and deeply responsive to each family’s unique situation.
